Excellent local company. We are extremely pleased with the the work they have done, a really good finish. They removed a load baring wall, fitted a kitchen, custom woodwork and redecorated our whole house - all finished to a really good standard and it looks great, exactly how we wanted it. The nature and characteristics of our kitchen presented some challenges as it wasn't a straightforward job - they worked around and addressed these problems brilliantly. Felt that Forsyth Construction went the extra mile to help us and to make our lives easier - it was a big job but they constantly kept the place clean and tidy. They also were a pleasure to be around, really friendly and great with our son - that was really important as they were with us in our house for such an intense period, actually enjoyed having them around. What a transformation! Mal and his team have done an amazing job knocking through to make 3 spaces into one large kitchen diner and socializing area. Very impressed by the quality and it’s exceeded our expectations by far.
Even before we chose Forsyth Construction to complete the job, Mal helped us to get house plans drawn up, SAP calculations completed and building control approval for starting the job. This engagement was just what we needed to finalize the scope of work.
Mal and team worked very efficiently and were surprisingly clean and tidy given the level of demolition. As well as a lovely kitchen, we had a lightweight roof added to our conservatory and Mal has managed to make it feel like it’s a whole new extension. We had full trust in them throughout and would recommend them to friends and family for any other work.
They coped well with our indecisiveness regarding the finer details, were open to small changes and the whole project came in as quoted.

Thank you Mal for creating such an amazing space. It’s the hub of the home now and we’re so happy with it.

Delighted with the full bathroom refurbishment by Mal and. Excellent, professional, tidy and intelligent. They helped with the design and were flexible when a change was required. They offered ideas and provided links for suggested products so that I could look online quite easily. They picked up all the items and nothing was too much trouble for them.
